Patricia Carbajosa, is the owner and director of Kabutokaji. Since she started this project six years ago, she has created a concept of fusion of Mediterranean food with the Japanese gastronomic , where does not leave you  indifferent. Her passion for garnishes and elegance have made Kabutokaji transmit a magic with all the attention to small details.
